Digital Marketing Manager

 

Job Description

As a leading digital marketing and influencer agency, Night Media, Inc. is looking for a bright, talented, experienced digital strategist to spearhead our on-line marketing efforts, included, but not limited to: SEO & PPC Campaigns, Social Media strategy development, project management of current web-based projects and facilitation of engaging user tools.

As such, we’re hiring a Digital Manager to help take our marketing team to new heights, depths, and horizons in 2019 and beyond. The perfect candidate will have an eye for emerging technologies, digital innovations and possesses practical knowledge in the areas of SEO, web development, social, and mobile strategy.

She/he will be both strategic, tactical and creative as well as a student of new technology and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically with internal partners and clients.

  • Identify and pilot new emerging technologies/trends.

  • Contribute to the development of digital concepts and creative executions.

  • Create & Manage all SEO & PPC Campaign

  • Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software).

  • Coordinate web projects across departments.

  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.

  • Monitor day-to-day website operations to ensure consistent and optimal delivery of the guest experience.

  • Working with a cross-functional team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.

  • Copy, edit and proofread all web content.

  • Oversee SEO, PPC and all web marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee all social media outlets.

  • Coordinate all scheduling tasks for the design, development and production of image assets, photography, copywriting and video for various web projects and campaigns.

  • Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.

  • Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices and marketing innovations from competitors and industry leaders.

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of digital, social, mobile, SEO & PPC marketing experience with consumer-facing Fortune 500 brands, influencers, CPG, retailers across multiple sales channels. Significant social media and digital marketing hands-on expertise is required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build targeted campaigns including paid media and organic social

  • Contribute knowledge and craft documents/presentations to help position and execute Night Media, Inc digital initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the creative staff to develop a range of creative, consumer- facing promotions and digital campaigns.

  • Develop and present digital, social and mobile points of view to senior leadership as requested.

  • Build measurement plans that demonstrate delivery against objectives and support continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Have working knowledge of the latest digital marketing, emerging technologies, promotions and shopper marketing trends and formats.

  • Demonstrate strong listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Managing budgets and third-party partners.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Interest in advertising, marketing or interactive marketing

  • Mix of experience across different industries; Agency, Entertainment, CPG, Personality PR, Influencer Marketing.

  • Track record in development and execution of successful digital programs

  • Outstanding presentation and collaboration skills needed to drive ideas, gain credibility and build rapport with all types of internal and external stakeholders in a team environment.

  • Commitment to impact; ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively.

  • Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and make an immediate impact through a positive and proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience
