Coming to the realization that influencer and digital marketing were taking over traditional advertising channels, Reed Duchscher founded Night Media to represent some of the world’s top influencers.
After working with Dude Perfect and gaining more knowledge of digital marketing in an ever-growing online landscape, Reed branched out to work with some today’s leading brands. Since then, Night Media has developed countless successful marketing campaigns, launched more than 100 brand activations and completed various digital executions utilizing his network.
Now, with a proven track record and a cutting-edge team, Night Media has evolved into a full service marketing boutique offering strategic market plans, digital strategy, talent management, esports and so much more. Reed and his team are primed and positioned to be the agency of record to assist premiere brands in growing their business and meeting their goals. Amy isn’t only a professional but truly passionate about helping companies grow. Amy is specialized in servicing domestic and international brands including, Disney, Main Event Entertainment, Dave & Busters, Studio Movie Grill, Oncor, City of Dallas and numerous others. With offerings like market research, strategic planning, national brand leadership, sponsorship and community events, she’s run the gamut of the sales and marketing spectrum while providing personal, individualized customer service for each and every client. Vice President of Partnerships & Marketing
Larry Lundy is the Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships for Night Media leading the strategic outreach & partnership development effort. His experience with leading brands, organizations and associations has successfully positioned Night Media for growth.
Prior to joining Night Media, Lundy operated his own marketing consultant firm, where his proven track record of success in developing partnerships with top brands has catapulted him into nurturing a new kind of business. Larry’s extensive experience in marketing leading sports and entertainment entities makes him an integral part of the Night Media machine.
Lundy also has an impressive background in the experiential and cause marketing sector, having served in leadership positions for Make-A-Wish, the American Heart Association, Susan G. Komen, Host Communications (Now IMG), and Walt Disney World.
Mr. Lundy is a current Board Member and past President of the Dallas All Sports Association, President of Black Sports Professionals of North Texas, Board Member of Bridgeway Academy, and the Best in Class Education Foundation. He is also a graduate of Austin College where he earned a B.A. in Psychology.

Vice President of Business Development
Craig Crossley is an experienced leader in the communications, technology, marketing, and entertainment industries. As head of Business Development for leading entertainment brands, Mr. Crossley has positioned Night Media to play the unique role as a “brand strategist” in consulting, creating operational media, strategizing commerce/e-commerce plans, marketing solutions, and developing and taking products to market for the entertainment, multi-media, technology, and retail industries.
Influencer Marketing Manager
Nick Brotman is part of the Talent Division at Night Media where he helps manage some of the largest digital influencers in the world. Utilizing his in-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape and his passion for content creation, Nick assists in crafting and executing large-scale activations for branded, influencer campaigns. His efforts have resulted in some of the most successful branded initiatives of 2018.
Nick’s background in talent management began with a focus on creating brandable content for Twitch and Youtube. He took this experience and parlayed it into a career in esports, where he helped manage professional players and grow business opportunities based around high-level competitive play. Nick’s knowledge of digital content, esports, and talent management make him a unique asset to clients wanting to grow their brands in an ever-evolving space.
Nick holds a B.A. in Media Studies from Rowan University and is a graduate of General Assembly’s Digital Marketing program.
